Every case is made especially for you once you have placed your order, and we want you to be happy with your product!

If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know upon receipt and we will make it right!

 

If you find that you accidentally ordered the wrong size or need to exchange for another reason, we are happy to do so within 14 days of receipt! Please send me an email with the details of the exchange request and I will provide an address to return the item to, I will exchange or refund you providing the item arrives in new condition and with original packaging.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please email me to discuss.

 

Shipping fees are not refundable. We cannot accept returns on items that show wear or are returned after the 14 day window.
